pohybov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Mojimi \u0161pecializ\u00e1ciami sa stali balan\u010dn\u00e9 cvi\u010denie Spiral balance, funk\u010dn\u00fd stre\u010ding a Yoga Clinic (tzv. fyzioj\u00f3ga). Vyu\u010dujem z\u00e1rove\u0148 z\u00e1klady \u010cchi kungu, jedine\u010dn\u00e9ho cvi\u010denia, zameran\u00e9ho na zos\u00faladenie d\u00fdchania s pohybom.<\/p>\n<p>Mas\u00e1\u017eam sa profesion\u00e1lne venujem od roku 2019. V tomto smere sa mojimi dom\u00e9nami stali mas\u00e1\u017e hlbok\u00fdch tkan\u00edv, klasick\u00e1 a \u010d\u00ednska mas\u00e1\u017e.
